We select the best quality metals and gemstones for our creations, and if taken care of you can keep your jewellery for many years.
Please remove your jewellery for any intense activities such as extreme sports or use of strong cleaning products.
We recommend you do not shower or swim with our jewellery, as excessive water exposure could cause damage to the gemstones and or the metal elements.
All orders (excluding custom items) will be shipped within 72 working hours.
Standard delivery is done by tracked letter. Usually delivery delays are 3 to 5 working days in Europe, and 10 to 14 working days for the rest of the world. These indicated shipping delays may vary according to the responsiveness of the postal services. If your delivery seems abnormally long do not hesitate to contact me.
We are not responsible for any parcels lost by postal services, but we will always do our best to help the parcels be found, or to offer a reasonnable solution to our customers if really your order is lost in postage.
